WOW. Wish I could give 10 stars. All I can say is Jeff Welch obviously works under the Nordstrom principle of customer service. He was so unbelievably great I’m not sure where to start. From polishing up our credit (at no cost to us), answering a million questions, advising us based on a very complicated family home buying scenario to even meeting a notary to exchange loan docs God-knows-where so that me and my family could stay at the VA with a sick family member…he went way above and beyond. And he’s a young guy…amazing problem solver with great ethics and integrity. We are so impressed with you Jeff…everything was down to the wire to close an escrow in 3 weeks. He really was the reason it happened – the rest of the home buying team wasn’t 100% positive it would, but here it is, closing day and it happened! Thank you again…looking forward to working with you again for the refi in about 6 months!
